Lumen21, Inv. v. Lumen Technologies, Inc., et al., No. 8:25-cv-510 (C.D. Cal.). Represent IT services company asserting Lanham Act and related claims against Fortune 500 competitor.
State of Arizona v. Google LLC, CV2020-006219 (Ariz.). Represented the State of Arizona against Google for misleading and deceiving consumers about the collection of their location data. Resulted in $85 million settlement. (Media)
Michael Grecco Productions Inc. v. Ziff Davis, LLC, 2:19-cv-4776 (C.D. Cal.). Represented Ziff Davis against photographer asserting claim of copyright infringement. Resulted in favorable settlement.
Market Place Solutions, LLC v. Sutra Beauty, Inc., No. 2:18-cv-7608 (C.D. Cal.). Represented beauty brand against competitor’s Lanham Act claims. Resulted in favorable settlement.
FO2GO LLC v. KeepItSafe Inc., No. 1:18-cv-807 (D. Del.). Represented KeepItSafe against non-practicing entity in patent infringement action accusing KeepItSafe’s cloud storage system of infringing a patent relating to syncing digital cameras. Resulted in favorable settlement.
Cadence Design Systems, Inc. v. Pounce Consulting, Inc., et al., No. 4:17-cv-4732 (N.D. Cal.). Represented Cadence Design Systems in a copyright, DMCA, and breach of contract action against foreign defendant and affiliates. Obtained order awarding injunctive relief, $7 million in damages, and $2.2 million in attorneys' fees and costs.
Updateme Inc. v. Axel Springer SE, et al., No. 3:17-cv-5054 (N.D. Cal.). Represented startup against European multinational media company asserting, among other claims, trademark infringement, fraud, and breach of contract. Resulted in favorable settlement.
Intel Corp. v. Future Link Systems LLC, 1:14-cv-377 (D. Del.). Represented Intel against non-practicing entity asserting infringement of nine patents pertaining to computer systems and chips. Resulted in favorable settlement.
